My work has taken me from building an award-winning mental health community to leading communications through crises, leadership transitions and organisational change.

I never studied communications. I don’t have a communications degree. Everything I know began with a blog, a belief that people needed to feel less alone, and a curiosity about why some messages connect while others don’t.

Over time, that curiosity has become a conviction: behind every organisation, decision, crisis, campaign or headline are people. People looking for clarity, trust, belonging and understanding. That’s what continues to drive my work today.
