I lead communications across Liverpool Cathedral and the Diocese of Liverpool, helping organisations navigate change, build trust and communicate through complexity.

Over the past decade, I’ve worked across crisis communications, public engagement, reputation management and organisational change, supporting organisations through moments of challenge, scrutiny and transformation.

My work has included major public consultations, leadership transitions, safeguarding-related communications, cultural campaigns and nationally significant projects. Alongside this, I’ve helped shape communications strategies that connect organisations with their audiences, communities and stakeholders.

I created this website as a place to share thoughts on communications, leadership, trust and organisational change — and the lessons learned from working at the intersection of people, institutions and public life.
